Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Be able to safely lift or carry up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with hand truck
- Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be punctual and ready each workday
- Be able to climb stairs
- Be able to work in all types of weather
- Possess a strong work ethic and get it done attitude
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Possess work-related driving experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 150 lbs with a hand truck
- Pass background checks including FedEx Ground criminal check
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle safely at all times
- Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences
- Perform up to 150 stops a day on delivery routes
- Inspect vehicle daily including fluid levels
- Load vehicle and organize daily delivery loads
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with manager
- Accurately operate scanner and track delivery process
- Ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups
- Deliver entire route in a timely manner
