Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid driver's license
- maintain a clean driving record
- pass a drug test including marijuana
- pass DOT physical
- be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs and 150 lbs with a hand truck
- pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- be punctual and ready to work each day
- be able to climb stairs
- be able to work in all types of weather
- have a strong work ethic and a get it done attitude
Job Qualifications
- Have work-related driving experience
- provide valid driver's license
- maintain a clean driving record
- have ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and 150 lbs with hand truck
- demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability
- possess good customer service skills
- prior experience with delivery companies like FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL is a plus
Job Duties
- Operate your vehicle safely at all times
- deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences with routes up to 150 stops daily
- perform daily vehicle inspections including fluid levels
- load the vehicle and organize daily delivery loads
- work independently and as part of a team
- provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with managers
- accurately operate scanners and track delivery processes
- ensure accurate disposition of package deliveries and pickups
- consistently deliver entire routes in a timely manner
