Job Requirements

  • must have earned a bachelor’s degree by program start
  • recent graduate within current semester or no more than two years post-graduation
  • valid driver’s license with at least one year of clean driving record based on location
  • willingness to work an hourly non-exempt position with overtime eligibility
  • ability to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, business or related field
  • recent graduate within current semester or up to two years post-graduation
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • demonstrated leadership potential
  • ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred

Job Duties

  • rotate through multiple resort departments including front office, housekeeping, recreation, safety and security, food and beverage, and facilities
  • develop leadership and management skills through practical work experience
  • engage with resort owners, guests, and associates to build operational expertise
  • complete department-specific checklists and weekly learning objectives
  • participate in mentorship and sponsorship opportunities
  • assist in day-to-day resort operations ensuring high standards of guest service
  • adhere to company policies and safety regulations
