Job Requirements
- must have earned a bachelor’s degree by program start
- recent graduate within current semester or no more than two years post-graduation
- valid driver’s license with at least one year of clean driving record based on location
- willingness to work an hourly non-exempt position with overtime eligibility
- ability to relocate to West Palm Beach, FL if applicable
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree preferably in hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, business or related field
- recent graduate within current semester or up to two years post-graduation
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrated leadership potential
- ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred
Job Duties
- rotate through multiple resort departments including front office, housekeeping, recreation, safety and security, food and beverage, and facilities
- develop leadership and management skills through practical work experience
- engage with resort owners, guests, and associates to build operational expertise
- complete department-specific checklists and weekly learning objectives
- participate in mentorship and sponsorship opportunities
- assist in day-to-day resort operations ensuring high standards of guest service
- adhere to company policies and safety regulations
