Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of relevant corporate travel management or account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Fluency in English
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate travel management or account management experience
- Proven experience navigating large organizations and multi-layered structures
- Experience with travel management companies and travel and expense reporting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with superior Excel skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Project management skills to operate as an effective team player
- Analytical approach with ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Maintains high level of confidentiality and professional communication
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Job Duties
- Handle day-to-day questions and comments from travelers and travel arrangers
- Build relationships and participate in monthly or periodic meetings with executive assistants
- Maintain travel inbox by answering questions and redirecting queries
- Track issues related to suppliers, travel management companies, and program-level complaints
- Support strategic sourcing activities such as RFPs and performance management for airlines, hotels, car rentals, and ground transport
- Collect and summarize performance reports from preferred suppliers
- Schedule and attend preferred supplier quarterly business reviews
- Understand and implement client’s traveler safety protocols
- Direct traveler and executive assistant queries to risk management resources
- Contribute to client internal communications via intranet, FCM platform, and online booking tool messaging
- Compile and produce regular KPI and traveler feedback reports for travel manager
