Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years event management experience
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years event, conference, and incentive management experience exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in sales software such as Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Proven track record in client relationship development and business growth
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and tradeshows
Job Duties
- Drive strategic business development from small to large enterprise client prospects
- Increase new business sales using multiple meetings and events service offerings
- Report weekly to the Director of Sales on workflow status across accounts and sales targets
- Manage projects within client relationships ensuring company and client goals are met
- Coordinate with event operations team to maintain consistent service
- Prepare and conduct new business presentations
- Maintain client retention by exceeding expectations and managing account strategy
