Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years event management experience
  • Experience exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel for client meetings
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years event, conference, and incentive management experience exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in sales software such as Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Proven track record in client relationship development and business growth
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and tradeshows

Job Duties

  • Drive strategic business development from small to large enterprise client prospects
  • Increase new business sales using multiple meetings and events service offerings
  • Report weekly to the Director of Sales on workflow status across accounts and sales targets
  • Manage projects within client relationships ensuring company and client goals are met
  • Coordinate with event operations team to maintain consistent service
  • Prepare and conduct new business presentations
  • Maintain client retention by exceeding expectations and managing account strategy
