Job Qualifications
- Existing management experience at FBO for 2-3 years
- Managerial experience of 5 or more years
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interact with senior level executives
- Demonstrated critical thinking and high integrity
- Proven track record in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Full profit and loss responsibilities for the FBO
- Provide strong leadership and support
- Improve the profitability of the business by championing and implementing operational excellence techniques, continuous improvement of processes, and KPIs
- Business growth and development
- Live, promote, and hold others accountable for our standards of service
- Ensure department supervisors and other personnel have the resources (including staff capacity, technology and training) they need to achieve our collective goals
