Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
- Regularly scheduled attendance required

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience with direct customer contact and multi-line phone experience
- Proficiency in general computer usage and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of customer focus, problem solving, decision making, and conflict management techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet employees, customers, vendors, visitors, and the general public professionally and serve as company liaison in promoting a positive company image
- Assist customers and project managers with travel arrangements, including hotel, rental car, catering, and restaurant reservations
- Promote FBO services and fuel supplier programs while ensuring availability of ramp resources and services
- Prepare invoices, bills, process payments for company services, and coordinate fuel inventory and sales accuracy with Line Service team
- Provide 24/7/365 switchboard support, route calls, issue company announcements, respond to ARINC, and monitor flight tracking software
- Respond to security, trouble, and fire alarms, monitor security system and cameras, and control access to secured areas
- Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, preparing bulk mailings, and assisting with administrative support and accounting tasks
