Job Duties
- prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
- portion and prepare pizza toppings according to company standards
- monitor pizza quality throughout the cooking process
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
- answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- process customer payments and handle cash transactions
- address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly manner
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation
- follow all health and safety regulations in the workplace
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- upsell menu items and promote daily specials to customers
- provide detailed information about menu items including ingredients and nutritional information
- assist in training new team members on pizza-making techniques and customer service standards
