- Have a valid United States driver’s license
- Be able to pass driving and background checks
- Have a bank account to process payments
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Have an Android phone or iPhone

Job Duties
- Deliver grocery staples and prepared meals to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive delivery experiences
- Choose delivery neighborhoods and accept orders based on personal preference
- Manage flexible work hours by starting and stopping deliveries at will
- Handle real-time problem solving with support from Favor's customer service team
- Maintain a personal vehicle with current insurance for deliveries
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines during deliveries
