Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid United States driver’s license
- Pass driving and background checks
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Have an Android phone or iPhone
- Have a bank account to process payments
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to navigate local roads and neighborhoods
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to use a smartphone app proficiently
- Familiarity with local area is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver grocery orders to customers promptly and courteously
- Use the Favor app to accept and complete delivery requests
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction
- Navigate local neighborhoods efficiently to optimize delivery routes
- Handle groceries and other items with care to ensure quality
- Manage time effectively to maximize earnings and delivery volume
- Communicate with customers and support staff for any delivery issues
