Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have a valid United States driver’s license
- be able to pass driving and background checks
- have a bank account to process payments
- own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- have an Android phone or iPhone
- reliable and responsible
- able to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid United States driver’s license
- familiarity with smartphone apps, especially for delivery and navigation
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- basic knowledge of local geography helpful
Job Duties
- deliver orders to customers accurately and promptly
- provide excellent customer service to ensure positive delivery experiences
- use the Favor app to manage and accept delivery requests
- maintain communication with customers and support team during deliveries
- handle payments and tips through the app
- manage your own flexible schedule for optimal working hours
- ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws while driving
