Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid United States driver’s license
- Pass driving and background checks
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Have a bank account for payment processing
- Have an Android phone or iPhone
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with using mobile applications on Android or iPhone
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Comfortable driving in various neighborhoods
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Experience in delivery or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication
- Use the Favor app and virtual Runner card for order processing
- Choose preferred delivery neighborhoods and accept delivery offers
- Ensure safe and responsible driving while on the road
- Handle real-time delivery issues with support assistance
- Uphold Favor and H-E-B brand standards during delivery interactions
