Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid United States driver’s license
- Be able to pass driving and background checks
- Have a bank account to process payments
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Have an Android phone or iPhone
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience a plus
- Ability to use smartphone apps efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods beneficial
- Responsible and reliable with good driving record
Job Duties
- Deliver orders accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Use the Favor app to accept and manage delivery offers
- Maintain communication with customers and support team
- Handle orders with care, including groceries, meals, and medicinal items
- Navigate various neighborhoods effectively
- Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and complies with insurance requirements
