Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid United States driver's license
- Be able to pass driving and background checks
- Have a bank account to process payments
- Own a personal vehicle with current insurance
- Possess an Android phone or iPhone

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Familiarity with local neighborhoods beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Use the Favor app to accept and manage delivery requests
- Navigate efficiently within assigned neighborhoods
- Maintain communication with customers and support team
- Handle grocery, meal, medicine, and specialty item deliveries with care
- Manage payment processing including tips and virtual Runner card usage
