Job Duties
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the Favor app to accept and manage delivery offers
- Provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction
- Navigate neighborhoods safely while using a personal vehicle
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues with real-time support
- Handle grocery, meal, and other delivery items with care
- Maintain communication with customers and Favor support when necessary
