Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years or higher per applicable law
  • Open availability to accommodate changes or variations in work schedule
  • Ability to start the workday as early as 4 am
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and guest service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations to meet sales and profit goals
  • Lead and develop the restaurant management team and crew through training and engagement initiatives
  • Implement local store marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures, including early morning starts
  • Foster a positive team environment and employee recognition programs
