Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years or higher per applicable law
- Open availability to accommodate changes or variations in work schedule
- Ability to start the workday as early as 4 am
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology

Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations to meet sales and profit goals
- Lead and develop the restaurant management team and crew through training and engagement initiatives
- Implement local store marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- Oversee compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Coordinate daily opening and closing procedures, including early morning starts
