Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience in a customer service field
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
  • Ability to lift or move 40 pounds or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 pounds
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period

Job Duties

  • Manage mail services including metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  • Produce copy, print, and scan projects following specific instructions
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately
  • Greet and announce visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Coordinate hospitality services including maintenance of conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Oversee floor coordination such as stocking copy rooms and delivering office supplies
  • Perform facilities services including small office moves and communication regarding building or equipment concerns
