Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer or patient facing role helpful

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role helpful
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to communicate effectively with donors and team members

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to center management identifying operational opportunities and initiate changes through approved procedures
