Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
- One or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role

- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties

- Ability to follow established procedures
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiating changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
