Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure risk
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role

  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and record keeping
  • Ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and purge records as needed
  • Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
  • Initiate changes to center processes through approved procedures
