Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90 percent of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role is helpful

- Minimum one year experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company procedures and protocols
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system
- purge records
- Report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
