Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Relevant paperwork required by state and federal law
  • Minimum one year experience as a fast food shift manager or similar
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including rotating shifts and weekends
  • Ability to manage and direct team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in clear communication
  • Understanding of food safety standards
  • Capability to prioritize duties in a changing environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience as a fast food shift manager or similar role
  • Experience in a high-energy QSR or fast-casual dining environment preferred
  • Ability to lead and direct teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
  • PC skills are beneficial
  • Experience in cash management and financial reporting preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct and supervise all operational aspects of a restaurant shift, ensure smooth execution from start to end
  • Provide training, support, and coaching to nurture an efficient workforce
  • Foster a comfortable and friendly work and dining environment
  • Oversee and strengthen adherence to food safety measures
  • Boost store sales and profitability targets by optimizing operational management
  • Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards per QSC guidelines
  • Guarantee security of Wendy's brand and investments
  • Exhibit persistent effort to deliver results and meet targets
  • Attend to guests ensuring their satisfaction
  • Provide training and incentivize food safety protocol adherence
  • Assume cash management duties when necessary
  • Conduct walkthroughs to prepare restaurant for service
  • Improve training and communication to increase staff retention
  • Manage operational responsibilities according to company policies
  • Assist with crew scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
  • Oversee food preparation processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to reach sales objectives
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and issues
