Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Relevant paperwork required by state and federal law
Minimum one year experience as a fast food shift manager or similar
Willingness to work flexible hours including rotating shifts and weekends
Ability to manage and direct team in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Skilled in clear communication
Understanding of food safety standards
Capability to prioritize duties in a changing environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of one year experience as a fast food shift manager or similar role
Experience in a high-energy QSR or fast-casual dining environment preferred
Ability to lead and direct teams effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
PC skills are beneficial
Experience in cash management and financial reporting preferred

Job Duties

Direct and supervise all operational aspects of a restaurant shift, ensure smooth execution from start to end
Provide training, support, and coaching to nurture an efficient workforce
Foster a comfortable and friendly work and dining environment
Oversee and strengthen adherence to food safety measures
Boost store sales and profitability targets by optimizing operational management
Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards per QSC guidelines
Guarantee security of Wendy's brand and investments
Exhibit persistent effort to deliver results and meet targets
Attend to guests ensuring their satisfaction
Provide training and incentivize food safety protocol adherence
Assume cash management duties when necessary
Conduct walkthroughs to prepare restaurant for service
Improve training and communication to increase staff retention
Manage operational responsibilities according to company policies
Assist with crew scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
Oversee food preparation processes
Collaborate with colleagues to reach sales objectives
Respond promptly to customer complaints and issues
