Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in fast food or high-volume food production preferred
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- able to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and light cleaning
- ability to handle cash and operate sales transactions
- availability to work on site at University of Evansville
- compliance with safety and food handling regulations

- Previous high-volume production experience preferred
- ability to understand and communicate menu items and ingredients
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform food preparation and cooking tasks safely
- basic cash handling skills

- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work area
Job Duties
- Greets guests promptly and warmly
- takes food orders and efficiently relays them to back-of-the-house staff
- demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and all special requests are addressed
- interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- cooks fast-food items in compliance with safety and food handling standards
- performs light cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping
- keeps equipment and work area clean and in order
- performs sales transactions timely and accurately
- responsible for cash drawer and funds
- performs other duties as assigned
