- Proficiency in English

- Ability to perform frontline store duties
- Language proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin or Spanish considered an asset
Job Duties
- Perform work in store frequently as travel is required
- Maintain continuous communication with the Operations Manager
- Ensure all locations follow daily operational guidelines
- Measure and counsel on operational performance improvements
- Supervise and evaluate multi-location management performance
- Train, supervise and discipline co-workers
- Develop policies to achieve goals including customer service and facility maintenance
- Ensure enforcement of operational and training standards
- Direct sales and marketing for all regional stores
- Assist in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
