Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of General Manager experience in food service or retail, preferably in quick-service restaurants
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant twice a week
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial analysis
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members including Shift Managers and Assistant Managers
- Train and coach all staff to ensure operational excellence and superior customer service
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
