Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and fractions

  • Knowledge of food handling and production
  • Ability to manage inventory and materials in food and beverage

  • Experience with demand forecasting and staffing management

Job Duties

  • Manage staff including assistant managers and employees
  • Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees
  • Supervise food preparation, sales, and service operations
  • Oversee ordering, storage, and issuance of supplies
  • Forecast food consumption and control inventory
  • Ensure world-class customer service and order accuracy
  • Conduct audits, manage cash drawers, and deposits
