Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage staff including assistant managers and employees
- Hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees
- Supervise food preparation, sales, and service operations
- Oversee ordering, storage, and issuance of supplies
- Forecast food consumption and control inventory
- Ensure world-class customer service and order accuracy
- Conduct audits, manage cash drawers, and deposits
