Job Duties
- This position is responsible for delivering sandwiches to customers and supporting in-store operations when not on the road
- The role ensures fast, accurate service, maintains store cleanliness, and provides an exceptional customer experience while following all operational standards and safety guidelines
- Deliver sandwich orders to customers safely, courteously, and within the designated delivery area
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments accurately
- Assist in-store by making sandwiches, preparing products, and maintaining a clean, organized store
- Comply with portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Pass sandwich tests to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain professional appearance and display a positive attitude at all times
- Assist management with reconciling cash from delivery sales
- Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient store operations
