Job Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a cafe or grocery store is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries
- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant remains welcoming and organized
- Support food safety practices by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
