Job Duties
- Establish positive communication with customers through a warm and welcoming demeanor and smile
- Ensure the accurate operation of cash registers and process payments with precision
- Provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards
- Skillfully prepare exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
- Complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
- Enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at the designated windows
- Manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders in an accurate manner
