- Provide guidance to customers in using digital ordering features and Mobile App Rewards to establish loyal followers of our brand
- Skillfully prepare our exclusive drinks and chilled sweets to perfection
- Complete cleaning tasks according to designated areas to preserve a pleasant and orderly setting
- Enhance the effectiveness of handling transactions and distributions at the designated windows
- Manage and pack dine-in and drive-thru orders in an accurate manner
- Accept various forms of payment, such as cash, credit cards, and checks, while ensuring that customers are given the correct change and receipts
- Monitor transactions to confirm the accuracy of pricing and quantities
- Uphold the cleanliness of the lobby, replenish straws, napkins, and condiments to ensure availability for customers
- Ensure tables and drink stations are tidy by using a broom, mop, and cleaning cloths
- Process returns and refunds as required and manage customer complaints effectively in a professional manner
- Ensure that there is a continuous provision of napkins, condiments, and utensils available during your working period
