Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier experience in food and beverage environment preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to perform basic math operations
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or equivalent preferred
- cashier experience in a food and beverage environment highly desirable
- excellent guest service abilities while working directly with the public
- basic mathematics skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly

Job Duties
- Greets customers and takes food order
- provides information about menus
- looks for opportunity to up-sell products
- strives to meet CORE model to serve guests
- eye contact, smiles, speak enthusiastically, stays connected
- accurately and efficiently cooks meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products
- prepares and portions food products prior to cooking
- prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment
- operates cash register and processes payments
- cleans and stocks work area
- assists in locating, reconciling, and verifying accuracy of transactions
- transfers supplies and equipment
- assists with kitchen-related functions including product assembly and food prep
- mixes ingredients manually or using a blending machine
- rolls, cuts, and shapes dough
- places dough in pans or molds for baking
- receives inventory and moves products and supplies
- stocks, stores, rotates, and checks temperature of products
- cleans and sanitizes workstation and equipment
- washes dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking tools
