Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or concessions desirable
- ability to use hands to unlatch locks and perform manual tasks
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- capacity to follow food safety standards and cleaning protocols
- able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to handle food preparation tools such as knives and tongs safely
- comfortable operating gas deep fryers and other kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- set up the mobile food concessions trailer at assigned event locations
- unlatch locks and raise metal awnings manually and using gas struts
- unload and arrange front counter, cash register, condiment and cutlery kiosks, and other equipment
- prepare food items including cutting lemons, frying funnel cakes, corn dogs, and French fries
- serve lemonade and other beverages by assembling and pouring ingredients
- take customer orders, process payments, and serve food and beverages with friendly customer interaction
- maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
- store supplies properly in refrigeration or discard as needed after use
