Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of high-volume restaurant experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • knowledge of POS systems and OpenTable or similar platforms
  • availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • be available to fill in as needed to support restaurant operations
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
  • keep it clean by treating your tables like they are in your own home
  • perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
  • be available to work weekends and some holidays
  • fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
