Job Requirements
- Able to perform medium physical work lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have vision capabilities including depth perception and color vision
- Capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repeating motions
- Punctual and reliable
- Compliance with company dress and hygiene standards
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work in temperature extremes and with cleaning chemicals
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner throughout the store
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Assists customers by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions and enhancing shopping experience
- Answers telephone promptly and provides helpful service
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant work environment
- Operates cash register accurately and scans product, redeems coupons, handles transactions, places merchandise in bags, assists with inventory, checks and stocks merchandise
- Ensures proper maintenance of lot and outdoor areas including shoveling snow, spreading ice melt, refreshing fluids
- Performs cleaning duties such as registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, floors
- Maintains hygiene and dress standards
- Adheres to company policies and schedules
- Orders merchandise and prices products as needed
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
