Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading heavy items, and noting suggestions
- Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate cash register accurately, scan product, handle payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, including floors, restrooms, and outside areas
