Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- must have depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions
- night and weekend shifts required

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading heavy items, noting and passing customer suggestions
- answers telephone promptly with friendly service
- works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant work environment
- operates cash register accurately and scans products
- redeems promotional coupons, food stamps, receives cash, checks, completes credit-card charges and figures discounts
- places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- assists with inventory
- receives and checks delivered merchandise, stocks shelves
- ensures proper maintenance of lot including shoveling snow and spreading ice melt
- fills outside towel holders and replenishes window washer fluid
- removes trash timely inside and out
- checks in product and reviews invoices
- practices proper sanitation procedures
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room and backroom
- sweeps and mops floors
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on scheduled time
- orders merchandise and supplies as needed
