Job Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Vision requirements include near and distance vision with or without correction, depth perception, color vision and field of vision
- Must adhere to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time
- Employment contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, making note of customer suggestions
- Answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- Works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operates cash register accurately and scans products
- Redeems promotional coupons and processes transactions
- Places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- Assists with inventory and stocking shelves
- Receives and checks delivered merchandise
- Ensures proper maintenance of lot and cleanliness
- Fills outside towel holders and replenishes window washer fluid
- Removes trash inside and out timely
- Checks in and puts away product
- Practices proper sanitation procedures
