- must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- vision adequate for the position including depth perception and color vision

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner throughout the store
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and use them
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading heavy items, noting and passing along suggestions
- answers telephone promptly and provides helpful service
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
- operates cash register accurately, scans products, redeems coupons, completes transactions and issues receipts
- places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- assists with inventory of the department
- receives and checks in delivered merchandise, fills displays, and stocks shelves
- ensures maintenance of lot including snow removal and ice melting
- fills outside towel holders and replenishes window washer fluid
- removes trash promptly inside and out
- checks in and puts away products, reviews invoices as needed
- follows proper sanitation procedures and maintains clean work areas
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, sweeps and mops floors, and tends to supply needs
- maintains adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- follows company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time and as scheduled
- orders merchandise and supplies as needed
- prices products for customers
- performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
