Job Requirements
- must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- must be able to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, noting and passing along suggestions
- answers the telephone promptly
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- operates cash register accurately and scans product
- redeems coupons, processes payments, and issues receipts
- places merchandise in bags or boxes
- assists with inventory
- receives and checks in merchandise
- ensures proper maintenance of parking lot
- fills towel holders and refreshes fluids
- removes trash inside and out in a timely manner
- checks in products and puts them away
- practices proper sanitation procedures
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom
- maintains adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies
- reports to work when scheduled and on time
