Job Requirements
- No education or experience requirements
- must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction
- must be able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- employment contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading heavy items, and passing along suggestions
- answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- operates cash register accurately and scans product
- redeems promotional coupons and processes payments
- places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- assists with inventory of the department
- receives and checks delivered merchandise and stocks shelves
- ensures proper maintenance of lot including snow shoveling and ice melting
- fills outside towel holders and refreshes window washer fluid
- removes trash inside and outside
- checks in product and may review invoices
- practices proper sanitation and ensures work area cleanliness
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, sweeps and mops floors
- maintains personal hygiene and dress standards
- adheres to company policies and reports to work on time
- orders merchandise and supplies as needed
- prices products for customers
- performs other job-related duties and special projects as required
