Job Requirements
- No education or experience requirements
- must be able to perform medium work requiring exertion of up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- must have vision including depth perception, color vision and field of vision
- able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
- willingness to work night and weekend shifts

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing items, loading/unloading heavy items, noting requests
- answers telephone promptly
- works with co-workers as a team
- operates cash register accurately and scans products
- redeems promotional coupons, processes transactions, counts back change and gives receipts
- places merchandise in bags and hands packages to customers
- assists with inventory
- receives and checks in merchandise, stocks shelves
- maintains store lot including snow shoveling and ice melt
- fills towel holders and replenishes window washer fluid
- removes trash inside and outside
- checks in product and reviews invoices
- practices proper sanitation and maintains clean work area
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, sweeps and mops floors
- adheres to company policies and personal hygiene standards
- reports to work on time
