Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Must have vision capabilities including depth perception and color vision
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must adhere to company dress and personal hygiene policies
- Must report to work on schedule and pass pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products, loading/unloading items, and noting customer suggestions
- Answers telephone and provides helpful service
- Works with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operates cash register accurately and handles transactions
- Places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- Assists with inventory and receives merchandise
- Maintains cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas
- Adheres to company policies and dress guidelines
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled
