Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to exert 20 pounds frequently and 10 pounds constantly
- capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to see from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction including depth perception and color vision
- availability to work fast-paced environment
- willingness to work scheduled hours
- pass pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes effort to learn and address customers by name
- assists customers by escorting to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions
- answers telephone promptly with helpful service
- works with co-workers as a team
- operates cash register accurately and scans products
- redeems coupons, receives cash, checks, credit-card transactions, completes discounts and issues receipts
- places merchandise in bags or boxes for customers
- assists with inventory
- receives and stocks delivered merchandise
- maintains outside lot including shoveling snow and spreading ice melt
- fills towel holders and refreshes window washer fluid
- removes trash inside and outside
- checks in and puts away product
- practices proper sanitation procedures
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, and floors
- adheres to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies
- reports to work on time
