Job Requirements
- must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning chemicals
- must pass pre-employment drug screen
- availability to report to work on scheduled time
- ability to maintain professional appearance consistent with company guidelines

Job Duties
- provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products and securing out-of-reach items
- answers the telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- operates cash register accurately and scans product
- redeems promotional coupons and processes various payment forms
- places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- assists with inventory and stocking shelves
- ensures proper maintenance of the parking lot and outside areas
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room and sweeps floors
- adheres to company hygiene and dress guidelines
- reports to work on time and follows store policies
