Job Requirements
- No education or experience requirements
- must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- must have vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet, with or without correction
- must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, pull, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions
- must be willing to work in temperature extremes and dampness
- must be able to handle possible equipment hazards, electrical shock, and exposure to cleaning chemicals and solvents
- employment contingent on successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading or unloading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions
- answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- operates cash register accurately and scans products
- redeems promotional coupons, food stamps, receives cash, checks, completes credit card transactions
- places merchandise in bags or boxes
- assists with inventory
- receives and checks delivered merchandise
- ensures proper maintenance of lot including shoveling snow, spreading ice melt
- removes trash inside and out
- checks in products and puts them away
- practices proper sanitation procedures
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom
- maintains personal hygiene and dress standards
- adheres to company policies
- reports to work on time
