Job Requirements
- No education or experience requirements
- must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- must have vision to see from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet, with or without correction
- must possess depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- capable of climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions
- must be punctual and reliable
- ability to work in fast paced environment
- willingness to adhere to hygiene and dress code requirements
- successful completion of pre-employment drug screen
- ability to work with cleaning chemicals and solvents safely

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions
- answers telephone and provides helpful service
- works with co-workers as a team
- operates cash register accurately and scans product
- redeems promotional coupons, food stamps, processes cash, checks, credit card transactions, and issues receipts
- places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- assists with inventory of the department
- receives and checks in delivered merchandise and stocks shelves
- ensures proper maintenance of lot including shoveling snow and applying ice melt
- fills outside towel holders and refreshes window washer fluid
- removes trash inside and outside
- checks in products, puts product away, reviews invoices
- practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains work area cleanliness
- cleans registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, sweeps and mops floor
- maintains adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- reports to work on time and as scheduled
