Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- must have vision capabilities including depth perception and color vision
- ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- ability to solve practical problems and follow instructions
- must be punctual and reliable
- must adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards
- willing to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to temperature extremes, dampness, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- learns and uses customers' names whenever possible
- assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading/unloading, passing along suggestions
- answers telephone promptly, providing helpful service
- works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- operates cash register accurately and scans product
- redeems coupons, processes payments, issues receipts
- stocks shelves and fills displays
- maintains cleanliness of store including registers, restrooms, break room, floors
- removes trash inside and outside in a timely manner
- checks in merchandise and stores properly
- maintains department and store guidelines
- adheres to company policies and reports to work on time
- orders merchandise and supplies as needed
- prices products
- performs other job-related duties and projects as required
