Job Requirements
- Ability to plant, cultivate and harvest crops using sustainable farming practices
- experience operating and maintaining farm equipment including tractors, tillers and irrigation systems
- ability to monitor crop health and report concerns
- physical ability to perform farm labor tasks
- availability for seasonal work from March through October
- willingness to participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working on a farm
- basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance
- knowledge of sustainable farming practices preferred

Job Duties
- Planting crops in accordance with sustainable farming practices
- cultivating crops to ensure healthy growth
- harvesting crops efficiently and safely
- operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, tillers, and irrigation systems
- monitoring crop health and reporting issues to the Facilities Manager
- transporting harvested produce to storage or the restaurant
- participating in team meetings and suggesting improvements to farming practices
