Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage airport operations independently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US state driver's license
  • Must be flexible to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach others
  • Ability to pass all required pre-screening clearances
  • Ability to operate computer systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lift 70lbs consistently
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous service or operational experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and goal-directed leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organization and planning skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operational and financial performance of the station
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security requirements including checkpoints and general service controls
  • Set a positive example to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain a positive work environment and strong employee relations
  • Solicit customer feedback to improve travel experiences
  • Demonstrate calmness during periods of high volume or irregular operations
  • Provide coaching and direction to the station team to achieve operational goals
