Job Requirements

  • applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employer’s expense
  • availability to work 35 hours per week
  • willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and move throughout the work shift
  • must be able to comply with all employer policies including uniform and conduct guidelines
  • ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • three months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and guest service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • capacity to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • setting tables
  • clearing tableware
  • delivering food orders to tables and bar areas
  • assisting with filling orders in café such as bagging to-go orders and making coffee/espresso/smoothie drinks
  • assisting with seating guests
  • expediting food delivery from line
  • restocking and refilling condiments
  • delivering and retrieving in-room dining trays
  • rolling silverware
  • moving tables and chairs in accordance with restaurant/event set-up
  • delivering, maintaining and restocking pool amenities and supplies including stocking water stations
  • picking up dishes, trash, and towels around the pool
  • replacing and restocking towels
  • providing beverages and snacks to guests
  • maintaining safe and clean environments at all times including cleaning random spills, puddles, and ice around the pool and in restaurant area
