Job Requirements
- applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employer’s expense
- availability to work 35 hours per week
- willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and move throughout the work shift
- must be able to comply with all employer policies including uniform and conduct guidelines
- ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- three months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- setting tables
- clearing tableware
- delivering food orders to tables and bar areas
- assisting with filling orders in café such as bagging to-go orders and making coffee/espresso/smoothie drinks
- assisting with seating guests
- expediting food delivery from line
- restocking and refilling condiments
- delivering and retrieving in-room dining trays
- rolling silverware
- moving tables and chairs in accordance with restaurant/event set-up
- delivering, maintaining and restocking pool amenities and supplies including stocking water stations
- picking up dishes, trash, and towels around the pool
- replacing and restocking towels
- providing beverages and snacks to guests
- maintaining safe and clean environments at all times including cleaning random spills, puddles, and ice around the pool and in restaurant area
